A getaway that will always be remembered is the one in Vegas, what’s at times called "Sin City" due to its casino gambling places, though I like to remember it as a "sensational" city, Las Vegas, Nevada.
From Los Angeles to this player’s city, It was a four hour drive during the summer months. The weather was incredibly warm but such eagerness filled the air. When my friends and I got to our casino, we were astonished by the friendliness accorded to us by the valet as he greeted us from gaming and entertainment universe, this was the start of what resulted in being the most awesome time.
We played card games like poker, twenty-one and other table games like video poker and roulette, we horsed around and ate delicious foods, made by a number of the greatest culinary artists in the world, and right on the strip of the gambling city.
I wanted to test my luck on a behemothic dollar slot machine and made a decision to chance $25 of the 200.00 dollars I had bankrolled for the entire vacation. After feeding $17 into this enormous slot machine I won 300.00 dollars and I jumped up and down and laughed so much, a casino employee headed over and gave my friends and myself free tickets to a show with vouchers for two complimentary beverages. We were in a world of bewilderment, appreciation and recognized that it would be a wagering and action outing not to be cast aside.
